At YOHOLIFE LTD, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality and care behind every product we make. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery, and the product is shipped back to us within 14 days after your request is approved.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used items
Perishable goods (e.g., herbal teas)
Subscription refill pouches
Items marked as final sale or non-refundable
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at contact@yoholife.co with the following details:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
We will confirm the return address and provide further instructions.
Please do not send your return to any address listed on the product packaging. We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
